Jensen Beach is getting both a Chick-fil-A and a Wawa. Martin County commissioners approved both projects, and the Jensen Beach Boulevard corridor is about to level up.
This will be Martin County's fifth Wawa location and its third Chick-fil-A. If you live in Jensen Beach, you've been driving to Stuart or PSL for both of these. That's about to change.
The Chick-fil-A will be near Treasure Coast Square (the mall that might get a complete redevelopment — see our other story). Wawa will join the growing commercial strip along Jensen Beach Blvd.
Not exactly groundbreaking news, but anyone in the 772 knows that Chick-fil-A and Wawa announcements generate more excitement than most city council meetings. The drive-through lines on day one will be legendary.
