Taylor Morrison — the builder behind Esplanade at Tradition — just announced two massive new communities coming to Port St. Lucie, totaling more than 1,750 homes.

Esplanade at Solaeris will be a gated community with approximately 1,200 single-family homes, villas, and condos. If it follows the Esplanade brand, expect resort-style amenities, a clubhouse, and that premium 55+ lifestyle Taylor Morrison is known for.

Azure at Solaeris will feature approximately 552 single-family homes with a robust amenity center including a pool, cabana, splash pad, full-size basketball court, and a large dog park. This one appears to be all-ages.

Initial site development is already underway, with sales anticipated to begin in Q1 2027.

For context: 1,750 homes is roughly the size of a small town. That's potentially 4,000-5,000 new residents in one development. PSL's growth isn't slowing down — it's accelerating.

Taylor Morrison clearly sees PSL as a priority market. Between Esplanade at Tradition (already established) and now two Solaeris communities, they're becoming one of the biggest builders in the city.
